Our drop-in sessions are open to everyone. Whether you want to set up an NHS login for the first time, figure out why your prescription request isn't going through, or just ask a question about an NHS letter you don't understand β€” we are here.

Sessions run weekly at Ayr Library, Prestwick Community Centre, Troon Town Hall, and several village halls across South Ayrshire. All sessions are fully accessible and all devices are welcome β€” we bring tablets and phones for people who don't have their own.
